Pretty Heroes

There are two series "Pretty Heroes: Burst" and "Pretty Heroes: Reborn as a Mascot".

Pretty heroes are based on the magical girl genre of anime and superheroes.

In “Pretty Heroes: Burst” humanoids like fairies, zombies, and aliens live amongst humanity in a magical version of modern society. Nessa Kingsley adopts the alter ego of “Berry Royale” and forms a team of pretty heroes to save the world from a parasitic bioweapon named Lacuna. The story focuses on themes of queer identity, disability, and perseverance. This series is intended to be adapted into a tween/teen animated series.

Pretty Heroes Burst

In “Reborn as A Mascot” a 30 year old Florida man is reincarnated as a mascot in the American adaptation of a magical girl anime. John, now renamed “Heartomi”, must now help the teen girl Ruby to save the town from evildoers. This work is a parody of the genre that critiques other parodies made in poor taste. “Reborn as a Mascot” is intended for an adult audience. This series is intended to be adapted into a comic or graphic novel.
